From the Director
For over 20 years, the Davis Children’s Chorale has created a positive musical experience for aspiring young singers. Why choir? Many parents of young singers often seek private lessons for their aspiring singers. While it may seem that private voice instruction is the way to go, children’s voices are still developing and young singers can gain excellent, age-appropriate vocal training in the context of the singing ensemble. Here they gain valuable musicianship skills, develop their musical ear and learn to read music with confidence all while being introduced to fun and engaging music. The skills and experience gained from being in a choir will last them a lifetime.
